Bored at work!

I am bored at work, so I thought I would do a quick update!

Not much new is going on in our lives. We are patiently waiting on Netjets to decide whether they are moving to North Carolina or not. I guess we are suppossed to be finding out in mid-March. Gabe and Izzac seem to be pretty excited about the thought of moving. I am not feeling it so much. I can't imagine being more than five minutes from my parents! I am really nervous and scared.

I bought a new professional machine, and it is suppossed to help with speed. I really hope it does, because I am really ready to be out of school. I have been spending every free minute I can practicing, and I haven't seen any results yet! I am getting close though!

The next two months are going to be crazy, so forgive me now! Every weekend we have stuff going on! We leave for vacation to Florida on March 22. We will be gone for eight days! I can't wait. I am so ready to be away from this cruddy winter weather!

Gabe has been working on refinishing our kitchen cabinets, and they are finally done! :) The cabinets are now a light cream color, with brushed nickel handles. They look so good!

We also good new bedroom furniture last week, yay! It's really hard to find quality black wooden furniture, but we finally did.

We even bought Shelby a doggie bed too. We are hoping that she will sleep on it, and not chew it to pieces. She usually makes it until 2-3 a.m. before she has to go back to her crate, because we want to sleep and she is wide awake and ready to play! She has been getting more freedom, and she loves it. She is still WAY TOO hyper, but we are crossing our fingers that she will calm down soon. From what everyone says, we have at least six more months!

We leave on Thursday for a short vacation in NYC with our friends Stephanie and Erick. We are all really excited! On Friday you will hopefully get to see us on The Today Show. Steph is dying to have her picture taken with Matt Lauer! So YES, we are going to weather the cold at 5:00 a.m. with hopes of meeting Matt Lauer! I know we are crazy!

I guess that's all for now. I am ready for bed.

Our nephew Dominic Mason was born on November 18th, 2007. He is two months old tommorow! He is the most adorable baby boy ever! He has chubby cheeks, bright brown eyes, and a head full of hair. Welcome to the world, Dominic! We love you!

We have decided to enter the world of blogging! Actually I decided, and Gabe will probably think this was a dumb idea!

I think it's a great way for us to keep everyone updated on our lives as newlyweds! We have been married eight months this Saturday. I wonder when we will no longer be considered newlyweds? Seriously I can't believe it has already been that long, time flies!
